John “Bucky” Haas is a 1967 graduate of Wofford College and University of South Carolina with an MBA. He served in the United States Army rising to Captain upon discharge from active duty. After service, Bucky had a distinguished career in commercial real estate finance and non-performing loans with national banking institutions operating in South Carolina. Desiring a busy retirement, he has been appointed by the Federal and Probate Courts to resolve complicated cases to an eventual positive conclusion. He still works for the courts to aide when needed. He and his wife reside in Columbia but enjoy the South Carolina Coast every chance they get.
