Corinne M. Hoch, Secretary

Corinne Hoch is a native of North Carolina and currently calls Murrells Inlet, South Carolina home. Upon receiving degrees in Art Education, Art History, Studio Art at Appalachian State University and Salem College, Corinne ventured north to New York, NY. For thirty-five years, she pursued opportunities and positions to direct and lead teams to better communicate, execute and implement key initiatives. Two notable organizations she influenced were Citibank and Columbia University of New York. Parallel to her professional career, she has been a member of several esteemed associations. Including Council of Higher Education Management, The Center for Association Leadership, PAETEC Advisory Board, and the Association for College and University Technology Advancement (ACUTA) to name a few. Awards and recognition of her leadership has followed her throughout a storied professional and civic career. More recently, Corinne served in leadership with the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. Today, Corinne traded the fast paced life in New York to enjoy more gardening on Wednesday’s at her Lowcountry church and increasing awareness of American Revolution history in Georgetown County, SC among other hobbies. She joined the South Carolina American Revolution Trust as secretary to offer her vast knowledge in communication to better protect, preserve and ultimately promote our collections held in trust to the public.
