SCART mission: To continue in perpetuity the SC250 Commission’s mandate of celebration and promotion of South Carolina’s role in the American Revolution by educating, engaging, and inspiring South Carolinians and visitors, once its commission ends.

SCART vision: To collaborate with others to preserve for free access by the public the SCRevWar collections, defined as, but not limited to websites, artifacts, books, intellectual property, etc., that are in danger of being lost.
